Yes. Team starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin, but nothing is charged until day 15. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. After the trial, billing is $24 per user per month.

Every person in the workspace who can open or review an architecture counts as one seat, including you. Roles are set per member — editors propose and review changes, viewers read and comment. Pending invitations do not count; a seat is added when the invite is accepted.

Nothing is deleted. Private architectures beyond the Free allowance become read-only until you either make them public or upgrade again. Your history stays intact either way.

Members are not removed when you cancel. After the billing period ends and the workspace reverts to Free, existing members stay in the workspace but their effective role becomes viewer (read-only) until you upgrade again or remove them. The owner retains edit access.

Yes. Upgrading Pro → Team applies immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading Team → Pro requires reducing the workspace to a single member (yourself) first; then the plan swaps at next billing. For Team → Free, cancel through the billing portal and the change takes effect at period end.

Public ones, yes — unlimited, forever, with the complete editor. Free is capped at two private repositories. Diagramy never limits what you can model; the paid plans are about how architecture is reviewed and governed.

You connect your own provider API key (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter or Groq). Diagramy encrypts the key, proxies requests server-side, and applies changes only after you preview and accept them. Free includes daily request limits; Pro removes those caps. On Team, workspace owners can add a shared key that members use without seeing the secret.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Everything is self-serve through the billing portal — there is no sales call and no annual commitment.

No. Pro gives one person the full version-control loop: branches, semantic diff, unlimited history and restore. Team is what adds other people to that loop — reviewers, approvals and protected main.

Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles billing, tax, invoicing and refunds on behalf of Diagramy. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You will not be charged if you cancel a Team trial before day 15. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and requests within 14 days of a charge may qualify — reviewed case by case and processed by Polar. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

Private architectures are visible only to members of your workspace. Share links and embeds are opt-in per architecture and can be revoked at any time.
